Lefferts Gardens One Family

Landmarked, single family row house in the Lefferts Gardens section of Brooklyn had a lot of charm to begin with, but also layers of ungainly, past renovations. We stripped away the junk, blew out the wall between old galley kitchen and the dinning room, and provided new cabinets and a discreet powder room on the 1st Floor. The basement was turned into an open plan den/ guest efficiency apartment.
