Coffey Street House
A worn-down 3-story Red Hook brownstone was gut renovated in under a year to become a cozy single-family residence. New structural elements, open plan kitchen/ dining room, and custom-made railings and stairs are a few of the standouts that give this home a unique character and make it one of Maiden Brooklyn’s favorite projects up to date. The garden and rooftop completed the picture a year later.
